Here are the images once again. You can see how the oil line leaves the pump and goes up over the crankshaft and out the side of the block where the fuel pump originally mounted. You can also see how the returning line goes back into the block in the same place it originally did. When I finished this work I added connection joints and made it so that this could easily be removed and changed at any time by making the mounting piece as shown. I spent something like $20 for various fittings and lines and I had the oil filter gizmo already.
That is a pretty trick setup.
