Rustoleum gloss black.
I had one sandblasted and powder coated. Rust has already popped up through cracks at a few rivet heads. Now I can't do anything about it because its hard to touch up powder coat.
Rusty spots such as this on painted frames can easily be treated and touched up with a rattle can o Rustoleum.
