| | | | Joined: Jan 2019 Posts: 123 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2019 Posts: 123 | I've change the coil, distributor on the 54 chevy pu. i have aligned the timing mark on the flywheel with the pointer. i have spark at all the plugs. i think i have the plug wires coming from the distributo correct with the firing order.
any suggestion for getting the engine running. it did run fine before i removed all the engine external components to paint the engine and under hood. where do you recomment the fiming mark be. how about the vacuum spark advance be set. i currently have is set at the mid point. Any help will be appreciated.
