Thanks Fellas for the ideas. In the end Jerry’s point about the fiber cam gear was key. I beat it off got to timing plate screws then everything came apart fairly easy with a little help from the torch. All the bolts and screws are bagged up. Just never know when they might come
In handy. It turned out the cam was broken in two places...must have been a rough ending.
