Fenton makes a cast iron dual exhaust headers for inline 6 motors like the chev 235, 216 and 261. If your truck is a GMC there are headers made by somebody else.

CHevrolet made a dual exhaust header for the 54-62 235 that they put in the corvette, which is expensive and hard to find.

You can also buy tubular headers, but they don't last as long as cast iron.

You can have your exisiting single exhaust manifold 'split' into two by someone who is good at welding cast iron near where you live or you can ship your single to Kansas Kustom and they'll split them and send them back.

There are advantages to a split manifold over cast dual headers or tubular headers. With a split manifold you still have the 'heat stove' that heats your intake manifold. You will have to find another way to heat your manifold if you go with header or split cast dual manifolds (fentons).
