Hy Patina 54, welcome and Merry Christmas. I did some research last night and the Carter updraft seems to have fallen through the cracks even in most of my GM parts books. I did find one book that listed the carb and luckily the manufacturers part number for it, the number they referenced was BB1-871-SC. Once I had a part number I found a carburetor kit listed at the Carburetor Doctor, their part number CK476 $39.95, hope that helps.
