Those two products you posted look like they were for concrete and masonry substrates, not necessarily metal.

Even if you do find a product that will work, you'll have to keep the temp up to at least 50F. You need to VENTILATE (see this post), and ventilation takes lots of heat to offset the cold air coming in.
