I added a see thru before I was schooled about the downfalls, and as you can see it is loaded with rust and needs to be changed. Here is a link that I was given for a model that is intended for that purpose (inlet side of the pump).

I haven’t had any issues with the gas eating the hose as I use nothing but non ethanol gas which fortunately is abundant around here.
