My son and I tacked welded out our TCI frontend and then had a professional welder come in to finish the job. Got him to come out on a Sunday afternoon, was very reasonable. We wanted to make sure everything was welded solid. Great for peace of mind.
That's what I was thinking about doing since I can handle all of the assembly work no problem. Thanks for confirming that it's a good idea.
By the way, which TCI front end did you get?
