I'd spend a little more time working on those small spots before going with body filler. Get a block of wood and glue some sandpaper on it, and gently scrub to find high spots. Work those with the dolly on the low spots and the hammer on the high spots. Try not to do too much on-dolly hammering or you'll wind up stretching the metal.
