10 = Month (October)
10 = Day
H = 235 in a 3000 Series Truck

This make your engine a "1957 only" engine as the 1956 engines had Unit Numbers (serial numbers) in front of the code and '57 was the first year without them and "H" in 1958 was the 348 V8 engine code.

edit...1956 "H" codes were the 265 V8.
