Those olé boy's found a nice old Jimmy.
My guess is, which was pretty common on fleet trucks to have a
Speedometer delete because they used a " Tach O Graph"
I'm sure you seen them.
Big box looking gage with a Clock and speedometer visible to the driver.
Used a key lock to open and inside was circular paper card that recorded
Time, speed, and stops.
Someone must have removed it or stole it.
They were neat looking.
