I have a '54 GMC 630(same cab as '54.1) that has a replaced pickup tank(16) gal. So do mean that it probably came with a 21.5 gal. tank? There is lots or room behind the seat. So I might be able to find a 21.5 gal tank(original) in a larger truck? That would of course need to be cleaned out? Hate to spend more money, but 503's really suck fuel.
Thanks,
Ed
