All of those I have are bent from the factory, always assumed it was bendable to fine tune the set up. That rod should be straight from bellcrank to the toe board and bend should be pretty close to this hole. All I've had seamed to have slightly different bends, should not be a problem as is. I have several spare should you need one, and can send photo. Also the bend should turn upward inside the cab to follow the travel of the rod as the pedal is pushed downward.
