Thanks for all the info! I ordered a gm55b tank and a new sending unit.
I happen to have 2 additional tanks on the frame rails. I will clean them at local radiator shop and have some extra capacity. There is a 4 way valve under seat. 3 tanks so I am hoping 1 position is off, i need to decipher and label.
I will post a follow up with pics when done installing.
