Darn it Dan, you are stealing your own thread. Ever hear of the 100 Acre Wood Rally? It is held every year in south central Missouri on National forest gravel roads. Late Feb. no mater what the weather and a good part of it at night. The van club I belonged to would be asked by the SCCA to be Road Marshal's every year. Did that several times and those in the rally are really crazy. 90mph on a gravel road at night was common. I always found a big tree to stand behind when they came by.
