I have a similar set up. What I did was make an adjustable 2" square tube bar and bolt it in slightly forward of the axel. Both shocks are slanted forward towards the cab. I will measure the offset tonight if you are interested. And the distance between each eye of the shock. It works great and rides excellent. The shocks are from AutoZone (red) gas shocks.
