First mine is a by-pass not a full flow. This is a barn find engine 50 - 53 block and head that I was told ran great when it was taken out. Right. I am in the process of resurrecting it. From what I am seeing so far, this engine may have a previous rebuild on it or has seen some decent care in the past. The head has been fluxed and is a good one, not much ridge in the cylinders and the exterior appears to have been painted by someone other than GM at one time.
