There are a lot of different thins you can do. I actually mounted my oil filter setup on my inner fender of my 51 2 door sdn. Its not a truck, but you get the idea. I had the extended length oil hoses made at the same place I get hoses made for my tow truck when a failure occurs. I didn't want the oil filter hanging on intake and the truth of the matter was that the split exhaust manifolds I used were going to touch the filter. That couldn't be good I thought, so relocation was my only option at that point. Pics are from a few yrs ago when I 1st put together and aint great but if you can see what I did.. Its a 261 with a 235 head, same concept tho.. Food for thought..
