If you're going to add a full flow filter, you're going to have to remove the engine or have a bunch of metal shavings running around in there after you drill & tap a hole going into the oil galley. However, depending on whether you want to use the stock type fuel pump or an electric pump, you do have at least one other option. If you plan on changing to an electric fuel pump, you don't need to drill any holes or remove the engine. You only need to remove the oil pan. Just make a blank-out plate for the spot where the oil pump used to be and run your oil lines over and out that side. It will look like this when you've finished and will work the same way:
