I have parts of the manual and may be able to figure a way to link or post. Dont need to buy. I noticed my shift lever was also bend at one point and makes contact with the transmission hump when in 2 wd position. Have him make sure lever in cab is free to full throw.
Where is this case located? I am not qualified to rebuild others but i did do mine with the help of a friend. If close i might be able to help remove from the truck and put on the bench if it comes to that. The first step would be to remove top cover and take a look inside and that is pretty easy once you get it off your chest and up on the bench.
