Do you mean PCV instead of EGR? I hope you're not running an EGR on that motor.
If you mean PCV, then yes, it's normal for some oil to precipitate out of the crankcase gasses that are re-introduced for burning. Shouldn't be a problem, unless it's really drenched...in which case I'd spring for a new PCV valve.
