I have. Have talked to a 51 owner who says the hole in the lock bar can become worn and his solution is to change the angle where the lock bar engages the brake. Haven't tried it yet but definitely on my list of things to attempt.
Appreciate all the info. and one I solve the issue will post what I've done.
