They can be frustrating, and seemingly require magical four letter word string incantations to remove. They sometimes require a quality set of drill bits, and/or dremel tool with a cutoff disc, some might ease off with some penetrating oil. I think the pencil point torch idea would work too, but didn’t know about that option.
