| | | | Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 12 Member | | Member Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 12 | I have a 58 3/4 ton and i am changeing from 6cyl to 8 cyl. I am going to move the mounts to the side of the block. Do the v8 front mounts line up with the 6 cyl mount holes on the crossmember?. Can i use these holes as a reference point?Also there is a hole on the top of the frame above the brake line on each side. Is this where the side mounts bolt up to?
