The Canadian Buy and Sell type papers seem to show more 3/4 Ton Chevy AD trucks for sale (no half tons at this time). Could one of you fellas tell me if 1/2 ton leaf springs could be used under a 3/4 ton truck without fabricating anything? Could you use stock hangers, etc? Obviously, a 1/2 ton front axle would also go under there, as well as some type of late model car differential. Any thoughts?
