I'am with Tony on this one, the radiator is bad. It can't cool the water fast enough. It must have build up inside. You might try some of the Water Wetter or similer product on the market. They do help, the water "sticks" to the metal and ransferers the heat better. My 37 wouldn't cool at all and water really ran through it. A new core cured it. Joe
