I bought a set of 1949 Texas Farm Truck Plates in decent shape for a decent price. I revisited the rules and saw that Farm Truck plates couldn't be used as YOM when registered as an antique or classic vehicle. But I wonder if I were to register it as a farm truck that they could be used, since that is what it will be used for. If I can't use them, I may just run current plates and keep the YOM to display or swap out when on display. I just have to remember to swap them before heading home.
If anyone has any 1949 Truck plates for a truck in Texas, I'm in the market. Watching ebay again i guess....
