Scott 54 3100,
Howdy! Glad to hear you are excited about the T5. It's true, I am a self proclaimed T5 addict!
Sounds like you have a World Class T5 from a 1994 or newer S10. It will have a FORD bolt pattern where it bolts to the bell housing.
T5s in 1983-1993 Chevy S10 trucks and GMC S15 and Sonoma trucks have a Muncie bolt pattern for the bell. 1994 and up have a FORD pattern case.
T5s in 1983 - 1992 Camaro and Firebird applications have the Muncie pattern too. !993 and up Camaro/Firebird have a FORD pattern case.
1993 and newer S10/S15/Sonoma T5s are World class.
1988 and newer Camaro/Firebird T5s are World Class.

I have no experience trying to mate a FORD case bolt pattern to a Chevy bell. I know there are adapter plates to mate a Ford case to a Muncie bolt patter bell. I'm just not sure about your particular bell bolt pattern.

You might consider swapping the input shaft. Some S10 input shafts have 26 splines. Most earlier shafts are 14 splines. If your T5 has a 21 tooth gear and 14 splines, then swapping to a Jeep shaft with 21 gear teeth and 10 splines will allow you to use the easier to find stock 10 spline Chevy clutch kit.

I am happy to answer more questions if you can't find answers on my website T5 page. LINK HERE

I recommend you contact Dave Farwell - He will know what adapter plate to use.
