That was one of Amy's requests... suicide doors. So I orderd a set of hinges from Suicidedoors.com and went to town!
Some cutting here, welding there, grinding everywhere and the driver side is swinging fully. It opens smooth and closes perfect. Window even opens. Further, there was no need to cut any of the door post off as was described in the
"Truck Builder (November/December 2002 issue)" suicide door install.
