| | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 | Hy Icc123, You are correct 7.50" wide rims are too narrow according to the tire manufacturers to mount 11R tires, I believe a 10R is the widest tire the manufacturers recommend for a 7.50 wide wheel. Wheels with that mounting pattern could be used on lighter trucks than the class eight trucks which use 8.25" wide wheels and mount 11R tires to, hope that clarifies. | | |
