One advantage to the aftermarket or more universal type electronic speedometer (and tachometer) is they have a calibration procedure, so will work with any axle ratio, tire size, and so on. Does the S10 gauge movement have an easy way to calibrate it for a different vehicle?

Also note the VDO gauge I picked has a reasonably generous sweep angle, not as much as the original, but close.
