I actually have heard of a company that is making 2k epoxy in a rattle can. IIRC the deal had some sort of release mechanism on the can that released the catalyst and you shook and sprayed. I know it would be expensive and probably hard to find. I also know that less expensive and easier to find is Zero Rust in a spray can. It will keep the rust away while you work on your truck. However, I would make the spots where you sprayed it obvious and sand it off before final paint work. If your truck sits in expoxy primer for any real period of time, you will need to scuff sand and at least spot prime expoxy on work areas before moving on to highbuild primers and final paint.
