Hy Still Learnin, I found a pressure plate and disc at Chevs of the 40s, pressure plate their p/n 838949 my catalog is from 2007 so prices will be higher, but in 2007 it was $80.00 plus $50.00 core, clutch disc p/n 3835483 $68.00 plus $40.00 core. If you send in your core pieces you will get the core cost back. It appears that the pressure plates were held on with nine bolts until 1953, so that leaves 54 and 55A series with six volt flywheels and six bolt pressure plates, hope that helps.
Thanks 3B, The prices are way higher now, may have a line on 54-55 6 bolt 139 tooth 11", a bit spendy but appears if I pick up this fly wheel I can go all new stuff for same price or a little less than getting rebuild. Still curious about drilling the flywheel, as long as I have to drill and tap for water pump adapter plate might as well drill and tap a few more holes. :))
