That reminds me of something I read a while ago here on the forum. Cool idea too.
Someone described how they use a Sawzall to shake up spray paint cans.
Just strap the rattle can onto a long sawzall blade using two large adjustable stainless hose clamps. Turn it on for a minute and . . . taaa-daaaah!
Same idea can be used with a few bolts inside an old soup can with blasting media. Just a smaller version of your paint can shaker (which is a great idea!).
