For helping keep this great

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2016 Posts: 182 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2016 Posts: 182 | A little help please. I have hung both doors on my restoration. And have made adjustments to the hinges at the door connection and the cab connection. The doors fit pretty good at the top and both sides. Not perfect but pretty close. Was feeling pretty good about my installation. Then I closed and latched both doors (got a story on my latches for later) for a final inspection. Anyway I look around the doors one last time to admire my work. That's when I looked at the bottom of the door from the inside where it meets the cab. And I see a gap! The gap varies from zero at the front to maybe 1/2" at the back. But only at the bottom. Guess I'm not as good as I thought. Since I adjusted the door gap pretty close and the beltline is good I'm at a loss to figure out what to do to close the gap at the bottom of the door. Looking for any suggestions and help. Thanks | | |
