This truck has a generator I want to replace with an alternator. I've been googling and just want to double check my conclusions. Can I take the alternator and brackets from a later (1973?) Chevy C10 and put them directly in my 1962 Chevy without any modifications? Also, if I eventually want to add A/C or a radio 100 amps is more than plenty? | | |
