Well, first thanks everyone for the advise. I have the high spot "down". I used a torch. It's not perfect yet, but it's much better. I probably will get a shrinking disc and a decent 7" grinder. The HF one runs 8,000 rpm and all the disc and backing plates are rated for 6,000.
