I don't see it as racism. I see it as a statement of fact that many (IMHO too many) parts are made in China, that many of those laborers are children and many don't take pride in their work. If they did there wouldn't be as many Chinese made junk parts produced.
Concur with Tiny. Jerry made a simple observation/statement of fact and I utterly fail to see how it was "racist." This has nothing to do with race but everything to do with the failed socio-economic policies of centralized/managed economies -- the serf state Friedrich Hayek warned us about. As long as the American consumer values low price over quality or North American manufacture, and we are willing to look the other way so as not to jeopardize those economy prices by making a stink about Chinese labor practices, then it will most likely continue to be an accurate assessment of Chinese manufacturing.
