How does your old pin fit the axle bore? If the axle bore is no longer round, you need to ream it out to fit oversized pins. If the bore is still round with a good tight fit of the original pins, then order the standard size.
The spindle bushings will match the pins, but if the spindle bores are worn, they will need repaired or replaced. Oversize pins are not for spindle repair, they are to correct axle bore problems.
