By measuring the kingpin holes in the axle beam, should be a snug push fit on the kingpin when clean, only a couple tenthousandths of an inch over pin diameter.

If the holes are worn egg shaped then the oversized kingpin kit is the repair, along with accurately reaming the axle beam to fit the oversized pins.
Actually 0.010” oversize.
