I got a 1963 and am looking for an upgraded mirror to my industrials. I tried some other chrome mirrors but had the same problem mentioned, couldn't see from driver's side to the passenger mirror.
Any suggestions? I'm thinking of trying maybe a 72' chevy type mirror, the old square type. The original 60s model mirrors are a little small for a long bed truck in Los Angeles traffic. Look good, just can't see for nada.
Any ideas? pics of what folks have tried.
