Got all of the shoes off pretty easily, and all of the links and pins and the small spring loaded pins, whatever their function is. Seems like you could just use a bolt there? Also wouldn't snap rings be better on the pivot pins for replacements than the soft bent up original ones? I think I can re-use the original ones just fine. Dropping the shoes off tomorrow, but have no idea as to the cost, or time. Does anyone have a recommended lining material to request, or which is better, riveted, or bonded?
