Yes the rustoleum is the big box sold variety.
I'd really suggest reading the entire thread at moparts which is divided into multiple parts. You'll get a good insight into the pros and cons of rustoleum and why the current trend is to use Brightside which has UV protection. It's more expensive but being it is designed for marine use is probably a far better paint with better durability than rustoleum.
