Thanks for the info. My old windshield frame had a u channel extruded rubber in the track, but since it's no longer available, I'll order up the setting tape.
I noticed in your pictures, the wiring harness. Where did you get that. It looks original. The one that I have came with the truck, and it has electrical tape on the outside. It look shabby, particularly with a completely restored truck. I just started to install it, but am hesitant to continue. Also, can you confirm the position of the gasket for the cowl vent. Do you glue it to the vent itself, or to the cowl side? Also, which side is up and which side is down??
