MY PC is having trouble opening your vid's but I'm pretty sure it's my PC and not your vids.
Your engine should be set to idle between 500 to 600 rpm.

Blowby, you get that when the rings are worn to a point where combustion gasses escape past the rings into the crankcase and vent out the top. Based on your compression readings I'd say your engine is worn past it's prime and or it hasn't ran in quite a while and the rings are stuck in the piston grooves.
Condensation increases as blowby increases, they go hand in hand. It's pronounced in colder weather to hardly noticeable in warm weather.
The 216 in my 49 has been exhibiting these same characteristics for 21K miles. These are signs of a need for a rebuild.
The oil burning is also due to worn rings as the cyl sucks in oil past the rings on the intake stroke. Air always rushes to filla vacuum and it carries whatever's in the air with it.

Sounds like your engine is due some internal attention.
