My 52panel glass was cut locally and although I gave them the pattern they would not roll up when installed. I tried and tried, or should say cried and cried, until I took them back out and "double checked" to the pattern. My 52 doors have a slight slant to them and as the window goes up it gets tighter at the top......problem? The glass man cut them to straight, thinking on his own that they were suppose to be straight. They cut new ones free of charge and they work like a champ.....when they used the "exact" pattern. Could this be your problem?? | | |
