Go to a junkyard, buy a mid 90's s-10 blazer REAR window wiper motor. It swings back and forth like the original vacuum wiper. Cost would be about $20-$30. Or go to Napa or where ever, would be higher but you could return it if you don't like the way it fits. You will have to make a bracket from some scrap metal to hang it where it needs to be for clearance. Its a smaller footprint than the aftermarket motors. And you will need to make or use the arm attach from the vacuum motor. The motor has a slightly shorter stroke than the vacuum one, so you can lengthen the wiper attach rod a little, or live with it. The arm attachment to the motor is different, but you can fix that with a reamer and files. All of this is just make it work stuff, not rocket science. You gain intermittent wipers also. It does work. If you need a video, I can direct you to one that a guy did. Just PM me. But it is pretty simple to do, just don't throw any parts away until your done. Or you can change your choke location for that $200 + wiper kit.
Pull your choke cable out of the dash to install, then reinstall the cable when done.
