Use bolts in the slots and in the ears of the yoke as shown.
The center part is just a jacking screw to then remove the yoke from the shaft if necessary.
You'll use a breaker bar, ratchet, or torque wrench as necessary with a correctly fitting socket.
Second breaker bar on the holder tool to keep it and the pinion from turning.
