Hi, I don't know how much you want to lay out for the OD, but Chevy High Performance magasine has a good article (may 03) on making the th200-4r bullet-proof. It is said the ratios in the lower gears is closer compared to the 700r4. Not all mods would be needed for lower power daily drivers. Supposed to be an easy install(conversion) Good luck and let us know how things go.Tom
